The main activity of the Friends of Bosnia is raising money to help the Medical Aid Drive organized by Friends of Bosnia in Hadley, Massachusetts. This Medical Aid Drive is sending urgently needed medical supplies to Kosevo Hospital in Sarajevo, the hardest hit by the siege in Sarajevo. It is not severely overcrowded with war-injured civilians coming to Sarajevo to receive care unavailable in outlying areas.
The Medical Aid Drive is sending donations of drugs, blood pressure units, EKG units, catheters, pacemakers, personal computers, beds, pillows, blankets, stethoscopes, lamps, tongue depressors, etc. Friends of Bosnia in Columbus have sent $400 to help. If you want to help, send your donation to:
