In response to a growing number of attacks on environmental activists ranging from verbal threats to bombings, the Western States Center has set up a telephone hotline to assist those being harassed. The Center is an association of activists, community leaders and elected officials in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
