Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic socialist, drew national attention after sweeping the city's Democratic mayoral primary in a stunning upset over former Gov. Andrew Cuomo. If he wins the general election in November, he will become the city's first Muslim mayor and its first Asian American mayor.

President Trump immediately accused Mamdani of being a "communist" and "living illegally" in the US. Why does that not surprise me? After all, he was the same person who during last presidential debate accused Haitian immigrants of eating dogs and cats in Springfield, Ohio. No one trusts a 34X Convicted Felon, Convicted Sex Offender who has been on Epstein's island at least seven times that we know of. Had Mamdani been living illegally in the US, ICE agents would have arrested him faster than a blink of an eye.

VP JD Vance slammed Mamdani for a "lack of gratitude" for the U.S. Why don't we ask War Criminal Netanyahu when was the last time he said thank you for the $3.8 BILLION Israel gets every year? Did Vance's in-laws voice their gratitude for being allowed to live in the US? Vance is the one who should be thankful that we still have people in this country, even ones who were not born here, who are willing to stand up for what they believe in and exercise the rights afforded to us as Americans. Most Americans just complain and do nothing, and this guy wants to do something. That's more than I can say about most politicians.

US Rep. Andy Ogles (R- TN) was the first MAGA lawmaker to take potshot at Zohran Mamdani. He called for Mamdani to be deported and denaturalized, referring to him as "Little Mohammad" in a social media post. Ogles expressed concern about Mamdani's political views and affiliation, according to (The Hill story, June 25, 2025). This lawmaker's comment is racist, offensive, and distasteful. In fact, if bigotry is a crime, Rep. Ogles will be serving time behind bars.

Fox News host Mark Levin called Mamdani a 'Marxist Islamis,' racist and bigot. The same Mark Levin who con
condemned the Trump administration for negotiating with "Hamas" to secure the release of Edan Alexander, who is Jewish American hostage and former IDF who was held in Gaza. Levin has the audacity to call the move as "publicly demeaning" Israel. Talk about America first!

Jamies Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan, snubbed a meeting with candidate Mamdani and called him "Marksist" and "Israel-basher." A cowardly way for not debating Mamdani on his rent-freeze and tax-the-rich plans, meanwhile the CEO of JPMorgan rake in taxpayer subsidies and lobby for more.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) said, Mamdani needs “to reassure” the Jewish community and others “that he’s going to stand up for their safety and security.” He is the top recipient of AIPAC campaign contributions, a staunch supporter of Israel, always refers to Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, and said in 2014 that Israel should not apologize for seven weeks bombing campaign on Gaza.

Rudy Giuliani, former NYC mayor told the Washington Examiner that Zohran Mamdani is an ‘enemy of America’. Just for the record, according to the news wire service, New York’s Attorney Grievance Committee mounted 22 charges against Giuliani, accusing him of lying or misleading “courts, lawmakers, and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection to Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020,” The disciplinary probe looked at 16 false statements made by Giuliani, including extraordinary claims he made under oaths.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) said Mamdani is not a Democrat. He most certainly is. Claiming Zohran Mamdani is not a Democrat is the WORST possible thing to say. The Democrats are currently very unpopular. By claiming Mamdani is not a Democrat is actually giving Mamdani a boast. Fetterman is acting more like a MAGA republican every day.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) Buzz feed has a story on June 25, titled "People can't stop laughing at Ted Cruz's meltdown over Mamdani's winning in NYC." This Republican lawmaker who fled his home state for Mexico in 2021 when freezing winter story shut down Texas' power grid.  Ted Cruz reportedly spent the weekend hitting tourists' spots in Europe while a devastating Lone Star State flood killed at least 90 campers. After a reporter asked his office when did the Sen. booked a flight back, the staff refused to answer.

Syndicated columnist Ann Coulter, deleted this tweet, " Do you condemn Hamas for October 7 attacks?" after she posted it. Then she wrote on July 3, 2025, "Does Mamdani have to be holding a copy of 'The Communist Manifesto' for us to call him one?"

How about asking Miss Coulter and other MAGA lunatics alike to explain, "Why is baby formula is banned into Gaza?" It would also be fair to raise the question, "Should the US have aided and abetted the Israeli genocide in Gaza with our tax-dollars?" How about asking Mamdani's critics, "Should America send its sons and daughters into foreign lands to fight and die for Israel's dirty wars?" That would be more relevant because it affects every American.

The New York Times published a report after Mamdani's stunning victory, that he identified himself in his 2009 college application to Columbia University as "Black or African American." Mamdani, who is of South Asian heritage, was born in Uganda where his family had lived for approximately a century, according to the article. He is, by definition, African American and more so than the majority of Blacks in America in that he was born in Africa and is now an American citizen, through naturalization. Just like Elon Musk is an African American. So, what is the problem? Instead of calling the NY Times newspaper, you are more accurate referring to it as a big corporation with a giant mailing list.

Canary Mission (CM) recently posted on its website an image of Zohran Mamdani calling him a danger to NYC. Canary Mission engages in collecting information about international student and professors who are critical of Apartheid Israel with the embassy of Israel and US State Department. CM Mission enjoys tax-exempt status, but it is not registered as a foreign lobby group. That begs the question, where is the IRS when you need it to revoke CM's tax-exempt status?

Everybody is talking about Zohran Mamdani, the state legislator and New York City Democratic mayoral nominee who has become
all what MAGA and Israel's cheerleaders have done to insure Mamdani's election. He has a lot of money backing him up. He had thousands of people mobilized to get the votes for him.  He is not a communist. He is a socialist. To call him comrade is intentionally smearing Mamdani's good name with lies. Such smears against Mamdani are straight out of a playbook used to defame any critics of Israel’s government.

Zohran Mamdani was raised here from the time he was seven. He grew up considering himself an American. He misrepresented nothing. He didn't even get in when his dad worked at Columbia University. He did not commit any fraud. Typical anti-Muslim bias from the AIPAC lobbying NYT. He checked both "Asian" and "Black or African American" to reflect his Indian Ugandan heritage as the form didn't offer a category for that background. He ALSO wrote "Ugandan" to clarify his birthplace. The racism & religious bigotry being thrown at this guy is ridiculous.

The last thing I read about Zohran Mamdani, he described himself as a Democratic socialist. He also described his adopted country as "America is beautiful, contradictory, unfinished. I am proud of our country even as we constantly strive to make it better, to protect and deepen our democracy, to fulfill its promise for each and every person who calls it home."

Last but not least, I find it ironic that all aforementioned critics of Mamdani can brag about supporting the Israeli genocide and forced starvation of Palestinians in Gaza but they go ballistic when Mr. Mamdani support the BDS movement and accuse him of being un-American and antisemitic.

Finally, my favorite letters of the alphabet are B, D, and S.

* B stands for boycotts
* D stands for divestments
* S is for sanctions.

Those three letters are driving Israel and its powerful lobby in the United States, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), crazy. That is the only nonviolent way to force Israel to abandon its evil and racist policies against Palestinians.

For that reason, according to Jewish Telegraph, AIPAC has rushed an anti-BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction) law in US Congress, enticed US lawmakers, AIPAC has sent over 50 Congressional Reps and top political operatives on an all-expense paid trip to Israel. AIPAC, who are a bunch of unregistered foreign agents, won't release the list of names.

BDS is a nonviolent resistance against the Israeli occupation and is the final nail in Israeli's coffin, as was the case in apartheid South Africa during the 1980s. This retired veteran stands by Zohran Mamdani!
